Hello fellow dog lovers! This has been long overdue, but I have finally decided to start a blog for my business. Welcome to D&M’s Life on Paws! This is where you can get news on what events I have coming up, availability for my different services, updates on new or old product availability, my experiences not only as a dog trainer, but a woman in business and everything in between. Current Availability for BOARDING + HOUSE SITTING:
Unfortunately I am not taking any new clients for house sitting.
CURRENT HOUSE SITTING CLIENTS: I will be taking your house sitting requests, you are able to book with me starting DEC. 20.
For BOARDING I am taking new clients and the current price is $73/day for 1 dog. Additional dogs will be $35/dog.
Boarding availability - You may book boarding starting NOV. 22 and there are 4 spots available up until NOV 27. After the 27th, there will only be 3 spots available until DEC. 19.
HOLIDAY FEE= $25/day ; Holiday fees will apply to Thanksgiving and the day after ; Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s eve and New Year’s Day.
PROMO: get a 10% discount for training or boarding/house sitting if you refer a friend or family member and they book either training or dog sitting.
LOOKING FOR DOG SITTERS AROUND THE BAY TO REPRESENT DOGGIE&ME! I would like to create a trust worthy network of people who can watch client’s dogs in any city around the Bay Area. This won’t be available until Jan 2025, still need to figure out the legalities for this. But please reach out to me if interested!
TRAINING:
I am currently taking new clients for training! I fell in love with teaching obedience, house manners, socialization and building a confident dog that has fear based aggression towards other dogs or humans. I am focusing on refining my skills in those areas of training and would love to work with anyone who is motivated to also learn.
Training programs vary in price because I customize every program that best fits the need of the human and dog. However, for those of you who feel confident in teaching your dog these things on your own with just a little bit of help from a trainer, I will be coming up with easy to understand courses that’ll help push you in the right direction and aren’t as pricey as private training.
WEEKLY SOCIALIZATION MEET UPS:
Last but not least, I would be super excited to host weekly socialization meet ups for locals in my area! I am based in Campbell, CA and would hold these 1-2 hour meet ups on Saturday afternoons, time is flexible! One issue I have noticed is that people don’t know how to help their dogs be more confident in being around other dogs off and on leash. If your dog barks at other dogs or screams bloody murder if one gets too close because they were traumatized by a negative interaction or attack, I would love to help provide more safe and positive experiences for them.
